Zusammenfassung

Alstom is seeking a Customer Director Sweden to lead strategic relationships and drive long-term growth in Stockholm or Västerås. You will report to the Sweden Managing Director and partner with senior managers to secure profitable project execution and high customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on acting as the main customer contact, driving a customer-centric culture, and negotiating strategic opportunities within long-term contracts. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering or Business School background.
• Strong business acumen with experience from Swedish Railway industry.
• Knowledge of project management practices and large AT projects.
• Understanding of financial mechanisms in long-term contracts (bonds, Forex, P&L).

Aufgaben

• Act as the main point of contact for the customer and the primary authority on all customer issues.
• Champion a customer-centric culture across the company.
• Secure and regularly measure customer satisfaction with Quality department.
• Grow business by leading selling existing/new products to existing customers to maximize revenue and profits.
• Contribute to tender negotiations and strategy.
• Support project execution in partnership with the Project Manager.
• Apply ALSTOM ethics and compliance in selling and customer management.
