Alstom is seeking a Customer Director Sweden to lead strategic relationships and drive long-term growth in Stockholm or Västerås. You will report to the Sweden Managing Director and partner with senior managers to secure profitable project execution and high customer satisfaction.

Your future role
Embrace a new challenge, enhance your already strong relationship, execution & commercial skills and secure long term sustainable growth with our key customers. You will report to the Managing Director of Sweden and work alongside other knowledgeable and supportive senior managers.
On a day-to-day basis you will be the relationship & commercial lead for one of several of our key customers. Further you will take a strategic view over the lifecycle of our interaction, and be the single point of contact (outside daily project matters) for customers. Big focus to grow business with his/her customer, whilst securing our long term position ensuring excellence in project execution, maintaining profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
