Qualifications

• Experience in the railway industry.
• Understanding of product development and management processes.
• Familiarity with DFQ schedules and change management processes.
• Fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate market requirements.
• Develop Reference Products using TC1500 Platform framework.
• Manage the Reference Products definition.
• Review Reference Product configurations in tendered solutions.
• Participate in Design and Gate Reviews.

Skills

Experience in the railway industry

Understanding of product development

Familiarity with DFQ schedules

Fluency in English

Strong organizational skills
