Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Commercial Management, Vendor Management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Experience leading commercial negotiations and managing complex agreements.
• Experience building business cases and translating objectives into outcomes.
• Experience working with external partners and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement commercial and partner strategies with Delivery Leaders.
• Build, evaluate, and challenge business cases to maximize value.
• Lead negotiations with strategic vendors, suppliers, and partners.
• Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities aligned with objectives.
• Design commercial models, cooperation frameworks, and deal structures.
• Manage strategic parameters for partner portfolios and long-term value creation.
• Lead RFPs, tenders, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Oversee contract lifecycles including renewals and terminations.
• Assess performance, risks, and outcomes to optimise partnerships.
• Monitor supplier markets and spend analyses for informed decisions.
• Ensure governance and collaboration between stakeholders and vendors.
• Adhere to internal purchasing policies and frameworks.
