H&M Group is seeking a Legal Counsel in the General Contracts team in Stockholm for a full‑time, temporary position. You will negotiate and draft commercial contracts, advise stakeholders, and help shape contract processes while maintaining business speed and risk mitigation.

The role focuses on cross‑functional collaboration across purchasing, production, logistics, marketing, treasury, payment services and sustainability, with a strong emphasis on practical legal guidance and commercial

Qualificações

A university law degree.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience involving commercial contracts.
Negotiation experience, with the ability to assess opportunities and risks related thereto.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (professional English required).

Responsabilidades

Negotiate commercial contracts across H&M Group key business areas, working with the team to manage a steady flow of contract matters.
Engage with stakeholders across H&M Group to understand business needs and provide tailored legal support by reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, offering legal advice and answering a wide range of questions.
Contribute to knowledge development within the H&M Group, including setting processes and best practices, and conducting legal trainings and workshops.
