Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and coordinating complex bids, tenders, or large-scale proposal and negotiation processes.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial skills, with the ability to assess opportunities and develop competitive bid strategies.
• Deep knowledge in AI as a tool for the creation of bid material.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, and a relevant higher education degree.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible, project manage, lead and coordinate the bids and tenders. Qualification of procurements, writing of tender texts, time management, compilation of material from the team, quality assurance, proofreading.
• Participates in and/or organizes strategic meetings and decision-making forums as necessary.
• Supporting the solution selling process for business opportunities and business models.
• Supporting all sites with know-how and tactics to win bids.
• Writing and producing proposals but also holding presentations and leading negotiations with clients.
• Monitor and evaluate leads within the organization; evaluate cross-selling opportunities.
