Job summary

NCC is seeking a Construction Supervisor for the Gällivare project in northern Sweden. You will lead, plan, and monitor site activities, ensuring production aligns with the schedule.

You’ll work closely with the Site Manager and a team of skilled tradespeople to drive project progress. We look for at least three years of relevant site leadership experience, solid knowledge of health and safety, and strong communication in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in construction supervision or equivalent
• Experience in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or industrial projects
• Leading or coordinating work on construction sites
• Strong understanding of construction operations, health & safety, and production processes
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid Category B driving licence

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate work within your area of responsibility
• Plan and coordinate production with Site Manager and project team
• Ensure work complies with schedule, quality, and safety standards
• Conduct and follow up on daily safety briefings
• Coordinate subcontractors and resources
• Participate in selecting construction methods and contribute to progress
• Support Site Manager with planning, risk management and project follow-up
