Job summary

NCC is leading the NCC Green Industry Transformation – Project in Gällivare, based on an on-site role in the northern region of Sweden. The Construction Supervisor will oversee planning, coordination, and execution with the Site Manager and a skilled team on a large-scale ore sorting plant project.

We seek a proactive leader with strong health & safety understanding and a track record of delivering projects on time. Applicants must be able to work full-time on-site in Gällivare, Sweden.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor or equivalent site leadership role.
• Experience leading construction site teams and coordinating work.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, and production processes; good Swedish/English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate work within your area of responsibility.
• Plan and coordinate production with the Site Manager and project team.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with schedule, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Conduct and follow up on daily safety briefings.
• Coordinate subcontractors and resources.
• Support the Site Manager with planning, risk management, and project follow-up.
