Job summary

NCC seeks a Construction Supervisor for an on-site role in Gällivare, northern Sweden, to lead and coordinate production for a major ore sorting plant project. The role focuses on delivery to schedule, safety, and collaboration with the Site Manager and skilled trades.

Required is at least 3 years of on-site leadership experience in construction, civil engineering, or industrial projects, plus Swedish and English proficiency and a category B driving licence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Supervisor or equivalent on-site leadership role.
• Experience from construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate work within area of responsibility.
• Plan and coordinate production with Site Manager and project team.
• Ensure work meets schedule, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Conduct and follow up on daily safety briefings.
• Coordinate subcontractors and resources.
• Support Site Manager with planning, risk management and project follow-up.
