Job summary

NCC Green Industry Transformation – Project in Gällivare is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead site operations for the new ore sorting plant near Vitåfors. You will plan, allocate, and monitor work with the Site Manager and a team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors to keep production on schedule.

On-site presence in Gällivare is mandatory, with travel arranged by NCC. You will be responsible for safety, quality, and production processes, coordinate methods, and support risk

Qualifications

• Experience from construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Experience in leading or coordinating work on construction sites.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, health & safety, and production processes.
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid Category B driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Leading and allocating work within your area of responsibility.
• Planning and coordinating production together with the Site Manager and project team.
• Ensuring work follows schedule, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Conducting and following up on daily safety briefings.
• Coordinating subcontractors and resources.
• Supporting Site Manager with planning, risk management, and project follow-up.
