Job summary
Accenture is seeking a visionary IRM ServiceNow Business Architect to join our Nordic region in Stockholm. You will bridge business and IT, translating risk, compliance and control requirements into scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
In this role you will lead requirements workshops, guide architecture decisions across Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit and Business Continuity, and drive standard platform adoption while minimizing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience across multiple modules (IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITSM, ITAM).
- Strong knowledge of workflows, scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience in enterprise security architecting and data modeling.
Responsibilities
- Participate in transformation programs implementing ServiceNow IRM to strengthen risk and control environments.
- Translate risk, compliance, and control requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead requirements workshops with stakeholders and collaborate with IT for system design and configuration.
- Drive standard platform adoption and minimize customization across IRM modules.
