Job summary

Sofigate is seeking an Integrated Risk Management Consultant – ServiceNow to join our Platforms business stream in Sweden. You will help customers modernise and automate governance, risk, and compliance processes using ServiceNow, combining platform expertise with AI-driven innovation.

You will design and implement IRM/GRC solutions, translate business goals into scalable platforms, work across the full lifecycle from requirements to adoption, and apply Agile and DevOps approaches.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience with ServiceNow in IRM, GRC, Risk Management or Compliance.
• ServiceNow certifications are a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, configuration, and integration concepts.
• Ability to translate business needs and regulatory requirements into scalable platform-driven solutions and communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps models.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts (generative AI, AI-driven workflows) and related tools.
