Job summary

Tele2 is seeking a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer to operate and maintain the on‑prem ServiceNow platform, including infrastructure, applications, Kafka, and integrations. The role includes on-call duties for critical incidents and aims to meet business needs for highly available and secure services.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of ServiceNow experience, strong operations management knowledge, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and operations, including ITSM, FSM, CSM, CMDB and integrations.
Patching, upgrades, cloning of environments and on-prem ServiceNow deployments.
Experience with SecOps and Integrated Risk Management modules.
Knowledge of end-to-end IT processes across dependencies and stakeholders.
Able to translate complex requirements into actionable items.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the ServiceNow on‑prem platform and its capabilities across infrastructure, application, and integrations.
Manage on-call availability for incidents outside business hours.
Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of services.
Drive automation and improvements based on user and stakeholder feedback.
Standardize and document capabilities to minimize dependency on individuals.
