Job summary

Nityo Infotech is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator for an on-premises environment. You will manage OS configuration, middleware, and MariaDB, and lead ServiceNow development and upgrades. The role requires translating business needs into OPS tasks and maintaining robust infrastructure.

Required is a ServiceNow Certified Administrator with domain-separated environment knowledge, plus experience with monitoring (Zabbix) and backup tooling (Rubrik).

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Administrator credential required.
• Experience with on-prem ServiceNow environments and domain-separated environments preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into ServiceNow OPS tasks.
• Knowledge of database schemas and experience with MariaDB is desirable.

Responsibilities

• OS configuration and upgrades (Linux, Windows Server).
• Middleware installation, configuration, and upgrades (Java, Apache, PHP).
• Database installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance (MariaDB).
• Develop and deploy ServiceNow solutions; perform version upgrades (on premise).
• Plan infrastructure changes (firewall openings, provisioning servers).
• Monitor systems using Zabbix and manage backups with Rubrik.
• Troubleshoot integration incidents including network and firewall issues.

Job description

ServiceNow platform is on premises. As result the AM talent will be responsible for:

• OS configuration and upgrades (Linux, Windows Server)
• Middleware installation, configuration, and upgrades (Java, Apache, PHP etc)
• Database installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance (MariaDB)
• Understanding database architecture as example building a setup for database replication
• Database health and optimization experience
• Experience in developing advanced SQL queries, procedures, and schemas
• Responsible for troubleshooting integration incidents including network and firewall issues
• Knowledge to work with Rubrik data backup and recovery services
• ServiceNow version upgrades (on premise)
• Required to do Planning Infra changes (etc firewall openings, provisioning servers)
• Monitoring tools (Zabbix)

Configuration and maintenance of:

Co-location service knowledge

ServiceNow development & deployment skills

Required:

ServiceNow certified administrator
