Job summary

RED Global in Sweden is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their team. You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows with a strong ITSM focus and robust integrations.

The ideal candidate holds a ServiceNow CSA certification, has hands-on experience with REST APIs, CMDB, data governance, and secure integration patterns, and thrives in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementation and customization.
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Good understanding of CMDB, data management & data governance.
• Experience with security frameworks, RBAC, and secure integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CIS-ITSM, CAD, CIS-CSM, or CIS-ITOM.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and API management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows, with a strong focus on ITSM.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow following platform best practices.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs with internal and external enterprise applications.
• Work with CMDB, data models, data migration, data governance, and data quality.
• Design and develop microservices-based integrations and reusable components.
• Implement ServiceNow security, access controls, authentication, and data protection standards.
• Collaborate with architects, BAs, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
• Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, platform upgrades, and release management.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementation and customization.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
