Job summary

If Insurance is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join the Nordic team. You will collaborate with remote teams, work with IT and business units to enhance ServiceNow capabilities, and participate in biannual platform upgrades.

The position is located in Stockholm or Turku with hybrid work flexibility and travel across the Nordics. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in ServiceNow configuration, development and architecture, a ServiceNow Foundation Certification, and strong communication in

Qualifications

Hold at least a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science & IT or related field.
Have minimum 2-3 years of experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, design and architecture.
Possess a ServiceNow Foundation Certification.
Strong ability to analyze business needs and propose solutions using ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with remote teams and clients.
Develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities and upgrade the platform twice yearly.
Develop custom items, features, and workflows to meet business needs.
Design and develop queries, reports, forms and dashboards.
Administer ServiceNow applications including security and workflow configurations.
Assist importing data and creating custom scripts and integrations.
