Bytespoke is seeking a self-motivated technical consultant with proven ServiceNow experience in developing, configuring and managing automated flows, workflows and process automation within the ServiceNow environment.

The role emphasizes ServiceNow as the core competency, with Power Automate and Power Platform familiarity as advantageous. You will streamline processes, document solutions and collaborate across technical and business teams to improve efficiency and platform stability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow and automation workflows.

We are looking for a self-motivated technical consultant with documented experience with ServiceNow. The consultant should have practical experience in developing, configuring and managing automated flows, workflows and process automation in ServiceNow.

ServiceNow is the main competence for the role. Experience with Microsoft Power Automate is an advantage, or that the consultant has a clear interest and ability to develop within Power Automate.

The assignment involves work to further develop, streamline and quality assure processes and automated solutions in the ServiceNow environment.

• * Develop, configure and manage functionality in ServiceNow
• * Create and further develop automated flows and workflows
• * Work with process automation linked to ITSM and related IT processes
• * Identify areas for improvement and suggest automation solutions
• * Work with integrations, regulations, scripts and technical dependencies within ServiceNow
• * Collaborate with technical teams, business representatives and management organization
• * Document solutions, working methods and technical dependencies
• * Contribute to increased efficiency, quality and stability in the platform
