Job summary

ELGi Compressors Europe seeks a Service Manager – Nordics to lead and develop our service operations across the Nordic region. You will manage service operations and partners, ensuring top-quality customer support and continuous improvement, while collaborating with European sales and technical teams.

The role requires experience in industrial equipment service management, strong leadership, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset, with fluency in English and willingness to travel.
