Job summary

CO-WORKER TECHNOLOGY AB is seeking a senior UX/UI designer to own end-to-end design for web and mobile apps. You will map requirements, craft flows, information architecture, wireframes, visuals, interactions, and developer-ready specifications.

You will partner with product, developers, QA and CX to test and refine customer journeys, prioritise work, and ensure consistency across channels through design system usage. Stockholm on-site with hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Documented senior experience in UX/UI or digital product design with end-to-end ownership.
• Proven deliveries for web and mobile apps with developer-ready handoffs.
• Experience leading cross-functional design in product teams.
• Strong collaboration with product owners, developers, and CX on user testing and prototyping.
• Very good command of Swedish and English; based in Sweden with recurring on-site work in Stockholm.

Job description

• Drive and personally execute UX and UI design for both web and app: requirements mapping, flows, information architecture, wireframes, visual interfaces, interaction design, prototypes, and specifications for development.
• Work with CX regarding customer insights and cohesive customer journeys, as well as test and adjust solutions with users and data when possible.
• Coordinate design work across initiatives, contribute to prioritization frameworks, and create consistency between channels, including the application and development of existing design systems.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, QA, and relevant business representatives; able to switch between discovery and concrete delivery in ongoing sprints.
• Ensure usability and accessibility in design and handoff; document decisions and conduct knowledge transfer before the assignment ends.

Requirements

Must Have

• Documented senior experience in UX/UI or digital product design, with direct operational responsibility for both research/needs assessment and detailed UI design.
• Proven deliveries for both web and mobile apps. The candidate must be able to show personal examples of flows, interaction, visual interfaces, and developer-ready handoffs.
• Experience independently leading and coordinating design work in cross-functional product teams without abandoning practical design production.
• Experience with customer insights, user testing, prototyping, and design decisions in close collaboration with product owners, developers, and CX.
• Very good command of Swedish and English in speech and writing; based in Sweden and available for recurring on-site work in Stockholm (hybrid workplace model).

Nice to Have

• Experience with complex customer journeys in retail, mobility, membership, payments, or B2B self-service.
• Work in organizations with multiple product teams, external development partners, and dependencies between digital channels.
• Ability to establish practical design routines and coach colleagues.
