Location: Sandviken (at least 3 days onsite per week)

As a UX designer and consultant, you will work directly with our global, cross-functional, agile Web team. You will co-create solutions together with developers, tech specialists, and business stakeholders, always keeping the user at the center. The role requires both independence and teamwork, as well as the ability to confidently navigate between strategic thinking and hands‑on design work in a complex B2B and industrial context.

Skill requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience in planning and conducting user research, translating insights into concepts, and turning those concepts into real, valuable products and services.
• Solid experience in creating prototypes – from wireframes to high fidelity UI – to simulate and validate end products.
• Figma is the primary design tool we use, and you are comfortable working with it in a collaborative setup.
• Experience working with, maintaining, and evolving design systems.

We also value:

• A strong interest in, and hands‑on experience with, using AI tools to work more efficiently and to support or automate parts of the design process – for example in research synthesis, ideation, content creation, or design workflows. Documented hands‑on experience working with WCAG implementation. Understanding of hands‑on front‑end development and how design translates into code.
• Experience working with Kontent.ai or similar headless CMS platforms. Experience supporting eCommerce for B2B solutions and/or working within industrial or manufacturing‑oriented organizations.

Must have

• Worked professionally as a UX Designer for 5+ years – UX design is truly your forte.
• Strong end‑to‑end UX experience (user research, concept development, prototyping, and delivery)
• Proven experience in planning and conducting user research
• Hands‑on experience with prototyping (wireframes to high‑fidelity UI) in Figma
• Experience in facilitating workshops, design sprints, and ideation sessions
• Experience working with and maintaining design systems
• Ability to work in agile, cross‑functional teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
