Job summary

Integro Consulting AB in Gothenburg seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer to create seamless, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile. You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into practical design solutions.

You will design end-to-end flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, contribute to design systems, and advocate accessibility and usability. A portfolio is required; on-site work in Gothenburg is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing customer-facing digital products and services.
• Strong background in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Experience with end-to-end user journeys and service design.
• Proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
• Ability to translate user insights into clear design solutions.
• Experience collaborating with development teams and understanding technical constraints.
• Strong communication and ability to justify design decisions.
• Experience with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Fluent in English; Swedish language is a plus.

Senior UX/UI Designer – Digital Products & User Experience

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior UX/UI Designer to create seamless, intuitive, and user-centered digital experiences across multiple platforms. In this role, you will work with both onboard interfaces and offboard applications (mobile and web), ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience throughout the entire customer journey.

You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to transform user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into meaningful and engaging design solutions.

Required Qualifications

IT/SW Requirements

• Knowledge of Figma is a requirement
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a requirement
• Knowledge of Sketch and Principle is an advantage
• Understanding of infotainment systems and digital user experiences is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of SW development is an advantage
• Knowledge of Jira is an advantage

Meritorious Experience

• Experience designing for complex ecosystems with multiple touchpoints
• Background in service design and customer experience strategy
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
• Interest or experience in connected products or specialized domains (e.g., automotive, marine, IoT)
