Job summary

EY Doberman, Stockholm-based, seeks a Senior Designer specializing in digital products and experiences. You translate brand ideas into distinctive digital experiences with keen attention to detail and clear communication, collaborating across designers, strategists, developers and project leads.

You’ll lead exploration to delivery, shaping design direction and contributing to scalable systems while fostering a culture of constructive feedback and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex challenges into clear concepts and compelling digital products and experiences.
• Establish and communicate a strong design direction throughout a project.
• Work from early exploration and rapid prototyping through to detailed UI design and delivery.
• Design and evolve digital brand expressions and scalable design systems.
• Create prototypes ranging from quick concept tests to polished interaction demos.
• Bring clarity to visual hierarchy, interaction and the overall user experience.
• Take ownership of the design process by identifying what a project needs and creating the right conditions for great work.
• Present ideas, design rationale and decisions with clarity and confidence.
• Guide and activate other designers, helping teams move forward while raising the quality and ambition of the work.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, designers and developers from early thinking to implementation.
• Use emerging tools and technologies to explore possibilities, accelerate ideas and rethink how digital experiences can be made.
• Contribute to a generous, constructive feedback culture in which both the work and the people around it can develop.

We are looking for a Senior Designer specializing in digital products and experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking and creative direction with excellent digital craft.

You know how to translate brand ideas into distinctive and intuitive digital experiences, demonstrate strong attention to detail and communicate ideas clearly and systematically.

You are proactive, autonomous and comfortable setting a clear creative direction, while collaborating effectively with designers, strategists, developers and project leads.

This role is Stockholm-based.
