Job summary

Avance Consulting is seeking a senior UX/UI designer in Stockholm with strong ownership of research and UI design. The role requires delivering web and mobile flows, interactions, and visual interfaces, plus clear handovers to development.

You will lead design efforts in cross-functional teams, guided by customer insights, testing and collaboration with product owners, developers and CX. Fluent Swedish and English are essential, and you will work in a hybrid setup with recurring on-site work in

Job description

Documented senior experience in UX/UI or digital product design, with own operational responsibility for both research or needs work and detailed UI design

Proven deliverables for both web and mobile apps. The candidate should be able to show their own examples of flows, interaction, visual interfaces and development-oriented handover

Experience in independently leading and coordinating design work in cross-functional product teams, without leaving the practical design production

Experience with customer insights, user testing, prototyping and design decisions in close collaboration with product owners, developers and CX

Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing; based in Sweden and available for recurring work on site in Stockholm. We apply Hybrid workplace
