Job summary

Elsewhere Entertainment in Malmö or Warsaw invites a Senior Technical Artist to join the technical art team, collaborating with artists, engineers, and producers to deliver tooling, workflows, and hands-on content for a new IP.

You’ll help optimize performance across console and PC hardware, maintain content pipelines, and mentor junior team members in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Senior-level game industry experience in a technical art role with at least one shipped title.
• Deep understanding of game engines, pipelines, and processes.
• Experience with scripting or programming (Python/JS/C#/C++/MAXScript/MEL).
• Knowledge of memory and performance impacts in content creation.
• Experience writing or debugging shaders.
• Understanding of Physically Based Rendering concepts.
• Creative problem-solver with a team-first mindset.
• Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve content creation workflows for art teams, including profiling, rendering, world creation, VFX, and UI systems.
• Collaborate with artists and engineers to deliver innovative, performant solutions.
• Maintain tools, workflows, and documentation for asset production.
• Inspire and mentor fellow tech artists with initiative and accountability.
