AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter with Swedish to support our client with full end-to-end recruitment across Europe, partnering with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders. The role follows a hybrid model in Landskrona or Stockholm, three days per week.

You will source, assess, negotiate offers, and maintain strong candidate experience while building talent pipelines and delivering recruitment across diverse functions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in-house, agency, or RPO.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies with changing priorities.

As a Senior Recruiter with Swedish, you will support our client with managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, working closely with Hiring Managers to recruit across a broad portfolio of specialist, professional and leadership positions.

The role follows a hybrid working model, with an expectation to work from the client office in Landskrona or Stockholm 3 days per week.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing and sourcing through to candidate assessment, offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
• Partner with Hiring Managers across different business functions and European markets to understand recruitment requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Deliver recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Proactively source, attract and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, networking and other recruitment channels.
• Provide market intelligence and consultative advice on talent availability, salary expectations, recruitment challenges and alternative hiring approaches.
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, managing expectations and influencing recruitment decisions.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for specialist and business-critical positions.
• Deliver an excellent candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting agreed SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular progress updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, overcome hiring challenges and increase recruitment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with international recruitment teams and share market knowledge and best practices.

Skills & Requirements

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within an in-house, agency or RPO environment.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business functions.
• Strong experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, ideally in an international or client-facing recruitment environment.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source and attract candidates for specialist and hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge hiring expectations and recommend alternative solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities while maintaining high recruitment delivery standards.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented and consultative approach to recruitment.
• Excellent candidate assessment & offer management skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
