Job summary

Ework Group in Sweden is seeking a Senior Client Developer to lead one of our most strategic MSP partnerships. You will be the primary strategic contact for the client, aligning governance, KPI performance, and workforce initiatives with internal delivery teams to ensure operational excellence.

This role is not a sales or delivery management role. You will work with senior stakeholders in a global organization, travel within Sweden is frequent, and a hybrid setup is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in MSP, RPO, Workforce Solutions, or Talent Solutions.
• Proven experience managing strategic client relationships.
• Experience leading governance with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Experience driving KPIs, SLAs, and program performance.
• Experience working in a global and matrix environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic client relationship.
• Lead governance forums, including MBRs, QBRs, and Executive Reviews.
• Drive stakeholder management across regional and global client organizations.
• Ensure KPI, SLA, and contractual performance.
• Lead client escalations, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive workforce strategy discussions and program development.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
• Support transformational and change management initiatives.
