Job summary

Younium is seeking a Senior Solutions Specialist to join our team. This customer-facing role focuses on onboarding, implementation, and building strong relationships with clients across Europe, including flexible hours to support US time zones.

You bring a consulting background with technical implementation or solutions engineering experience, plus hands-on work with integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce) and ERP/subscription systems. Fluent English required; German a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Background as a consultant with a technical implementation or solutions engineering focus.
• Strong client relationship skills and proactive communication.
• Experience with order-to-cash processes and collaboration with Sales/Customer Success.
• Hands-on experience with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce) and ERP/subscription systems.
• 5+ years in Software/SaaS; fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and roll out Younium for new customers, translating requirements into the best possible solution.
• Run workshops and guide customers through implementation and training to go live confidently.
• Deliver consultancy on structural changes or optimising use of Younium and connected integrations.
• Educate and support customers on product utilisation; maintain knowledge of our app and industry benchmarks.
• Learn about customers' needs and feed back to the product team for future development.
• Maintain a commercial mindset to contribute to customer value and profitable Professional Services.
• Escalate issues and share work internally in a transparent organisation.
