Job summary

Younium seeks a senior Solutions Engineer to drive strategic discovery and target-state design across CRM, Younium, and ERP. You will lead demos and workshops for expansion opportunities, collaborate with CSMs on renewals, and translate business needs into technical solutions for RevOps leaders.

You will guide customers through end-to-end quote-to-cash transformations, ensuring alignment between Sales, Finance, and Operations while maintaining a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Younium implementation experience.
• Understanding of order-to-invoice redesign and data ownership in finance and sales.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition, pricing structures, and CPQ processes.
• Experience guiding customers from current to target state with milestones.
• Ability to converse with CFOs and RevOps leaders with both business and technical depth.
• Comfort with European time zones and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic discovery of the customer's quote-to-cash process and quantify current inefficiencies.
• Define target end state and design the solution across CRM, Younium, and ERP.
• Guide customers toward measurable outcomes: integrated quote-to-cash, accurate KPIs, source of truth.
• Run demos/workshops for expansion opportunities, targeting various personas.
• Act as strategic/technical partner for renewals and strategic accounts, including architecture reviews and security questionnaires.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering based on customer input.
