Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Europe seeks a senior SAP Transformation leader to drive large S/4HANA deals and manage a portfolio of EU manufacturing accounts. You will shape sales and delivery strategies, build C-level relationships, and travel regularly within the EU.

The role requires 20+ years of IT experience, deep SAP expertise, and a proven track record of €20M+ SAP transformations. You will lead presales, solution design, and GTM for the portfolio, ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 20+ years IT experience with 8+ years in presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles in Europe.
• Strong experience guiding customers on S/4HANA transformations and structuring S/4HANA deals.
• Proven track record of winning 20+ million Euros SAP Transformation deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop account-specific penetration and growth strategies.
• Position SAP S/4HANA, Transformation, Cloud Solutions, and APM services for EU portfolio.
• Lead presales, solutions, and Go to Market for the portfolio.
• Build and nurture C-level relationships across customer organizations.
• Establish long-term and tactical portfolio strategies including pipeline and revenue growth.
• Leverage TCS assets and best practices to address client needs and renewals.
• Support presales with acquisition of new logos aligned to portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with global delivery, sales, and domain teams on large bids.
