Job summary

Infosys Technologies (Sweden) AB seeks a seasoned SAP Consultant to lead S/4HANA transformation programs and global deployments. You will shape end-to-end SAP solutions and drive roadmaps across finance, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain in a multinational context.

The role requires engagement with C-level stakeholders, business-case development, and delivering MVPs and pilots while collaborating with SAP and Microsoft to create real client value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP consulting experience of 14+ years.
• Experience in transformation programs and global deployments.
• Deep functional (SAP Finance/Manufacturing/Logistics/Sales) or technical (ABAP, UI5, Integration, Security, Basis) skills in one or two SAP ERP areas.
• C-level and management stakeholder engagement.
• SAP toolchain user or admin experience.
• Valid SAP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads from key clients through consulting ideas.
• Co-create next-generation business models and processes.
• Synthesize end-to-end SAP processes across planning, sales, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, plant maintenance, customer service.
• Build solution roadmaps for transformation journeys across SAP S/4HANA and SaaS LoB solutions.
• Identify digitization opportunities leveraging AI, RPA, IoT.
• Participate in assessments, due diligences, transformation workshops.
• Guide customers to build a business case for transformation initiatives.
• Drive engagement with the business and speak their language.
• Deliver S/4HANA MVPs, templates, complete products, and pilots.
• Engage with partners like SAP, Microsoft for joint value.
