Job summary

Tata consultancy Services in Sweden is seeking an experienced SAP Programme Delivery Lead to mobilise and govern large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations. You will coordinate onsite delivery with client executives, offshore teams and partners to drive value and ensure successful go-live.

The role requires 12+ years of SAP delivery leadership, deep SAP Activate knowledge, and strong governance, planning, and change management skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP delivery leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end SAP programmes.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Activate and governance.
• Experience coordinating multi-stream delivery with client and partner teams.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise the Programme and establish governance, plan, and reporting.
• Own onsite delivery and act as principal onsite coordinator.
• Manage the Integrated Plan across SAP and business workstreams.
• Drive SAP Activate execution with defined gates and approvals.
• Coordinate Fit-to-Standard workshops and change governance.
• Control scope, changes, budgets and risks with governance forums.
• Lead programme governance, status reporting and risk escalation.
• Manage RAID, dependencies and cross-team coordination.
• Coordinate partners, SI and offshore delivery for aligned outcomes.
• Ensure quality through entry/exit criteria and assurance reviews.
• Manage financials, resources and recruitment as needed.
• Drive testing, cutover planning and go-live readiness.
• Support change and adoption activities within the delivery plan.
