Qualifications

• 9+ years SAP TM experience.
• Proven experience leading SAP transformation projects, including at least four full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English & Swedish.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design of end-to-end SAP TM solution architectures for complex logistics and transportation environments.
• Translate business strategies and transformation goals into scalable, integrated SAP solutions.
• Own architectural decisions and ensure alignment with SAP best practices and customers’ long-term technology roadmaps.
• Guide and mentor consultants and developers to maintain solution quality and consistency across workstreams.
• Support pre-sales activities through solution design, effort estimation and customer presentations.
