Job summary

Tieto Indtech in Sweden seeks a Senior Sales Manager to drive Multichannel & BIX growth. You will identify prospects, build a strong pipeline, and lead them from discovery to signed agreements.

You will engage with finance, IT, procurement, and operations across industries, collaborating with Nordic teams. A flexible hybrid model is offered with a focus on continuous development and market insight.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution sales for B2B services and multichannel offerings.
• Proactive, results-driven with a strong hunter mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple sales campaigns and RFPs.
• Experience with invoicing, ERP, or document distribution is preferred.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and develop opportunities from initial contact to signed contracts.
• Lead generation in collaboration with marketing and events.
• Own and manage end-to-end sales cycle and negotiations.
• Coordinate with presales and BID-management and internal experts.
• Provide market feedback to product and GTM teams.
