Legora AB in Sweden is looking for a Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to drive and scale their Demand Generation initiatives. This hands-on role focuses on data structures that enhance the execution of go-to-market strategies while ensuring precision and reliability in data handling.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in CRM data models, particularly Salesforce, and a keen analytical mindset. You'll be responsible for maintaining data integrity, building visibility from signals to pipelines, and continuously refining operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Ops.
• Comfortable with CRM data models and structured datasets.
• Ability to operationalize workflows from data.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate structured datasets for the top-of-funnel engine.
• Maintain lifecycle integrity of Salesforce objects.
• Implement signal thresholds and routing readiness rules.
• Build structured funnel visibility from signal to pipeline.
• Continuously refine schemas and reduce manual work.
