Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with ancillary sales, packaging, upselling or cross-selling.
• Solid understanding of digital distribution and the guest booking journey.
• Experience building processes and structures from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Package development and maintenance for all Strawberry hotels.
• Develop locally rooted packages that are sellable and profitable.
• Own ancillary sales on all digital platforms including add-ons.
