Job summary

Wipro Limited in Sweden seeks an experienced IT Operations professional to manage end-to-end services in a managed services environment. You will resolve high-priority incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting, and ensure SLA compliance.

You will monitor system performance, support capacity planning, and collaborate with global teams to implement improvements and security controls while contributing to knowledge resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or networking.
• Experience with network routing and switching, and security.
• Industry standard certifications and ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triaging and resolving high-priority incidents (P2) with advanced troubleshooting.
• Monitor SLAs and escalate proactively to ensure timely support.
• Analyse system performance data and support capacity planning.
• Implement improvements and evaluate new tools with technical teams.
• Conduct disaster recovery activities and maintain security controls.
• Prepare reports and updates for weekly/monthly reviews.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve tickets and service requests.
• Contribute to knowledge base by updating SOPs and articles.
