Job summary

The role requires 4+ years of enterprise IT experience, strong problem-solving, ITIL awareness, and the ability to work with global teams on complex incidents and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise IT support experience.
• Senior L3/Senior technical support experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or factory environments is highly desirable.
• Strong endpoint, server, and network troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced onsite IT support for office and factory users.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software incidents.
• Manage Active Directory and group policies.
• Maintain security, patching and monitoring across environments.
• Support SCCM/WSUS/MDT deployments and imaging.
