Job summary

Infosys in Stockholm, Sweden, seeks an Application Support Engineer specialized in .NET-based applications. You will proactively identify production issues using observability tools to reduce MTTD/MTTR and collaborate with cross-geo teams.

Flexibility for rotation shifts/on‑call support is required. The role sits in the CMTADM unit with a focus on ITIL/ITSM processes and robust incident handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in application support or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core and web technologies.
• Experience with SQL Server performance tuning and queries.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for .NET applications and services.
• Monitor health and performance; troubleshoot incidents within SLA timelines.
• Analyze logs and RCA to implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Develop and maintain web applications, APIs, and background services.
• Collaborate with business, product and engineering teams across geographies.
• Participate in on-call rotation and incident management.
