Job summary

BioArctic in Stockholm is seeking an experienced IT support professional to join a small IT team. You will manage and prioritize support requests, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to IT improvement projects while training users.

We value service-minded applicants with strong Windows/M365/Azure/AD knowledge, basic networking, and experience with ticketing systems. Swedish and English proficiency is essential during office hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in IT support or helpdesk.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365 and Azure/AD.
• Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize IT support requests and tickets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues for employees.
• Participate in IT improvement projects and training sessions.
• Collaborate with external suppliers as needed.
