Job summary

Hitachi Energy HVDC is seeking three Senior Tender Managers to lead bid processes for large, complex projects from Ludvika or Västerås, Sweden, with onsite attendance. You will craft bid strategy, coordinate with the global sales team, and ensure Hitachi Energy’s offering is competitive for end clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience with large tenders or complex projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of 20+ individuals under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Technical/commercial experience with HVDC systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Craft bid strategy for a specific project and ensure its implementation and fulfillment.
• Manage client relations and present Hitachi Energy’s total offering competitively.
• Lead a Bid & Proposal team of technical, legal, tax, insurance and commercial experts.
• Translate client requirements into a competitive overall solution based on the Hitachi Energy portfolio.
• Collaborate with the global sales team and international stakeholders to bid across Europe and beyond.
