Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB in Ludvika is seeking a Tender SCM professional to own the SCM scope within the tender core team for HVDC projects. You will collaborate with engineering, documentation, and finance to drive successful tender outcomes.

You will perform cost calculations, manage RFQs, negotiate with suppliers, assess SCM risks, and contribute to continuous improvement with category management and lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end tender SCM.
• Ability to work with engineering, documentation and finance teams.
• Strong cost calculation skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Swedish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCM scope in the tender core team for HVDC projects.
• Coordinate RFQ processes and supplier negotiations.
• Provide feedback on time schedules, terms, conditions and milestones.
• Perform SCM risk assessments for tenders and contracts.
• Collaborate with Category Management and suppliers; contribute to improvements.
