Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a Tender Project Engineer to lead technical work in the tender and proposal phases for HVDC projects in Ludvika. You will collaborate with engineering, commercial, project management, and supply chain to define solutions, cost drivers, and risks, ensuring proposals meet customer requirements and standards.

Qualifications

Experience in engineering, project engineering or technical projects.
Knowledge of HVDC, power systems is a plus.
Structured approach to technical and commercial complexity.
Experience with tender/contract requirements is a plus.
Proficient in English; Swedish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate technical work during tender and proposal phases.
Analyze customer specs and required technical solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and PM teams to develop cost-optimized HVDC solutions.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies during tender phase.
Prepare technical docs for tenders and customer submissions.
Participate in technical meetings with customers.
