Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking an HSE Supervisor to support a major industrial construction project in Sweden. This short-term contract (~3 months, with possible extension) involves day-to-day supervision of health, safety and environmental activities on site, working alongside the HSE Manager to ensure compliance with legislation and client standards.

The role requires inspections, audits, coordination with contractors, and promoting a proactive safety culture.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5-10 years of HSE supervision experience on industrial construction projects.
• Proven experience on large-scale industrial plants, steel plants, manufacturing facilities, energy, EPC, or heavy construction projects.
• Strong background in occupational health and safety management within a construction environment.
• Experience supervising contractor and subcontractor HSE compliance.
• Previous experience working on international project sites is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and walkthroughs.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with HSE requirements.
• Participate in Toolbox Talks and safety meetings.
• Review ongoing construction activities and associated risks.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions and behaviours.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented and tracked to completion.
• Liaise with site management, contractors, and HSE personnel.
• Prepare daily and weekly HSE activity reports.
• Support incident reporting and investigation activities.
• Maintain project safety documentation and records.
