Job summary

G2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join a major data centre construction project in Sweden. You will lead health, safety and environmental activities and ensure compliance across the site.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6, experience on large-scale projects, and the ability to manage multinational teams. A EU work right is preferred and a competitive daily rate is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager on large construction projects.
• Experience with Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Energy, or Mission Critical projects.
• NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 6 or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices.
• Experience managing multinational workforces and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• EU Passport or right to work within the EU preferred.
