Job summary

NCC Green Industry Transformation is seeking a driven Health, Safety & Environment Specialist (HSE) to lead systematic safety work on one of Sweden's largest construction projects. You will be on-site and collaborate with production and project functions to foster a strong safety culture.

You will conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, incident management, and develop instructions and materials. Proficiency in Swedish and English, plus ownership in complex environments, are essential as

Qualifications

• Experience from large-scale construction or industrial projects.
• Relevant education or equivalent knowledge.
• Ability to take ownership of your area.
• Proficient in Swedish and English, and able to communicate clearly and engage others.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety inspections, statistics, risk assessments, incident and non-conformance management, and preventative health and safety initiatives.
• Lead and participate in meetings, and develop instructions and presentation materials.
• Create a strong, active safety culture where people thrive and return home safely.
• Collaborate with client and project functions on safety matters in complex environments.
