Job summary

Mane Contract Services seeks an experienced Regional EHS Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple construction and engineering projects in Sweden. You will drive high standards of Environmental, Health & Safety performance and support project teams to deliver a proactive safety culture.

The role requires 10+ years in EHS, senior leadership across multiple sites, and strong knowledge of ISO 45001/14001 and Swedish regulations. Travel across Sweden is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma (Level 8 or equivalent) in EHS, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years' EHS experience within construction, engineering, electrical, mechanical, energy, or industrial environments.
• Senior EHS leadership experience across multiple projects or locations.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, construction regulations, and CDM principles.
• Experience in audits, inspections, investigations, risk management, and EHS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support EHS teams across multiple projects and locations.
• Drive implementation of the company's EHS Management System.
• Monitor EHS performance, KPIs, audits, inspections, and compliance.
• Lead or oversee serious incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide expert EHS advice to senior management, project teams, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Swedish health, safety, environmental, and construction requirements.
• Oversee contractor and subcontractor EHS performance.
• Develop and deliver EHS initiatives, training, and continuous improvement programmes.
• Support tenders, prequalification, client engagement, and project mobilisation.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other key stakeholders.
