Job summary

Swedbank in Stockholm area seeks a seasoned Genesys Cloud specialist to develop, test, and manage systems for the contact center platform. You will collaborate with agile teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and shape innovative experiences.

The role requires deep Genesys Cloud skills, design of call, email, and message flows, data actions, and secure OAuth. You will work across Dev, UAT and Production, optimize performance, and support integration with Angular front-end.

Qualifications

• Core Genesys Cloud skills and experience in designing inbound/outbound call, email, and message flows.
• Data actions connecting to RESTful Spring Boot services and troubleshooting integrations.
• Experience with Platform API, Notifications API, Analytics API.
• Scripting of dynamic Agent Scripts within Genesys Cloud Embeddable Framework.
• Web Messaging (v3) deployment and journey tracking.
• Knowledge of outbound dialing modes: Predictive, Power, Agentless.
• Secure authentication flows (OAuth) including Authorization Code, Client Credentials, PKCE).
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant education (Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering).
• At least 3+ years in IT industry with software development, integrations or cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain intelligent IVR and routing flows.
• Collaborate with Java/Spring Boot teams on integrations and data models.
• Use Terraform for Genesys Cloud configuration across environments.
• Analyze and optimize performance, including API rate limits.
• Support embedding Genesys widgets into the Angular-based desktop.
