Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry, ideally in the Contact Centre, Telecommunications, and/or CRM market.
• Proven IT Project Management experience, including budgeting of complex solutions.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, with excellent verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project delivery including schedule, risk management, and scope documentation.
• Achieve customer satisfaction goals and maintain quality relationships with clients.
• Generate incremental license and services revenue through direct customer contact.
