You will collaborate with managers and specialists, manage stakeholder advice, and use data to improve offers while maintaining high ethical and people-centered standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hard-to-fill engineering recruitment across product and production environments.
• Strong market mapping and technical sourcing knowledge.
• Practical interview design and stakeholder advice experience.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs in offers.
• Clear stakeholder communication and end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English; able to handle sensitive or business-critical information.

• Own the practical direction for hard-to-fill engineering recruitment across product and production environments.
• Translate goals and constraints into a clear approach for market mapping and technical sourcing.
