Job summary

Nordic Investin is seeking an Engineering Manager, Developer Productivity to lead efforts that shorten feedback loops and improve delivery quality across our partner's engineering org.

You will own practical direction for engineering enablement, translate goals into approaches for portals and CI, establish standards around platform metrics, and coordinate stakeholders. This role requires clear decision making, visible leadership, and end-to-end ownership with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering engineering enablement to shorten feedback loops in demanding environments.
• Strong working knowledge of developer portals and CI pipelines.
• Practical experience applying platform metrics and coaching.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving technical strategy.
